In 2018, Harkerville Primary had six teachers educating an average of one hundred and forty students, therefore forcing the children to be divided into multi-grade classes. The school then grew exponentially and soon counted more than 300 learners. To bring some relief to the teachers and children, Born in Africa built two additional class rooms and installed permanent structures in the existing classes to ensure every grade could be taught in their own class room.
