Besides the many volunteers and sponsors, Born in Africa has a specialised team in South Africa and Belgium. In South Africa, all employees work full time for the organization, and constantly implement innovative ways of developing, supporting and educating the BIA children. Board members and volunteers in South Africa, all European countries and in the United Kingdom work completely voluntarily and unpaid.
